Voip roll out for inTechnology

Howden’s Joinery Co.

InTechnology asked Cable-Talk to partner them on a nationwide VoIP roll out for a major joinery company with over 450 branches throughout the UK.

Working alongside InTechnology’s project team, we were able to put together a workable program over a 9 month period including site audits, percentage testing, handset desk top roll out, and on site customer training. Up to 6 sites per day were completed throughout the UK including the installation of the new voice switches, routers and the IP handsets. All redundant equipment was removed from site and disposed of in line with current environmental WEEE regulations.

In response to the success of this project and the positive pro-active attitude of both office staff and site engineers, Mark Warren has now asked for Cable-Talk to become a preferred partner in all InTechnology structured cabling activities.

Mark Warren comment :

Cable-talk provided an excellent and capable resource, for not only the initial deployment of the VOIP and  WAN but the follow up audits and upgrades, this resulted in 1000 plus site visits. The can do positive attitude and flexible approach has enabled us develop a trusted and reactive relationship with Cable-Talk who we now consider an extension of our engineering resource.
