ISO 9001 Accreditation

Cable-Talk first attained the ISO 9001 Certification in September 2004. This means that we operate a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification, including aspects specific to installers of network cabling systems.

This Government-supported certificate is globally recognised and acknowledges Cable-Talk’s commitment to exceptional quality service, so we are extremely proud to have achieved this esteemed award.

Ian McGleish, who undertook our assessment for QMS Quality Management Systems, paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and training that enables Cable-Talk to provide efficient service to their customers”.
